Following the retirement in 2023 of several trustees who made a substantial difference to the museum in recent years, we are looking for new trustees to join the Board.
Although we’re keen to welcome a diverse range of experiences and perspectives, we would particularly like to recruit trustees with expertise in fundraising, environmental issues and climate change, or farming and rural life. The Board has the ultimate responsibility for directing the affairs of museum and charity, and, as a trustee, you will have the opportunity to help us deliver our strategic aims, contributing to a thriving and sustainable future. and we offer support and development opportunities to help you grow your skills, as well as a formal induction process.
