TheRole :

  • Responsible for overseeingand managing projects related to mechanical, electrical, and plumbingsystems
  • Budgeting, project management, and coordinatingsubmittals
  • Making sure health, safety & welfare is maintainedand adhered to at project/site level.
  • Managing projects fromcontract signature stage, through all phases until handover to the enduser.
  • Managing labour, plant & material levels throughout theproject.
  • Ensuring that all related design information iscorrectly and fully audited to secure overall compliance.
  • Overseeing all elements of the overall commissioning processto ensure that the installations are correctly commissioned.
  • Ensuring that complete and comprehensive records are collatedand maintained covering all aspects of quality control,system/equipment testing, commissioning and equipment maintenance.
  • Hold and attend site meetings, as and when required(typically weekly) which will need recording, then reported to theOperations Director.
  • Overseeing the preparation of operation& maintenance manuals.
  • Providing technical support andexpertise to the internal project team.
  • Responsible forhandover to clients and after care.
  • Reporting to theOperations Director.

  • Offices based inBedfordshire & London.
  • Leading MEP contractor within the newbuild residential space who currently turnover £30M+ per annum.
  • Mainly operate in London & surrounding areas.

The Ideal Candidate :

  • Will have 5+ years experience workingas a MEP Project Manager
  • Will have full MEP experience
  • Will have previous experience working large new buildresidential projects.
  • Will hold a Black CSCS Managers Card.SSSTS/SMSTS advantageous.
  • Will work well under pressure tomeet deadlines.
  • Will be technically minded and able to drivea project.
  • Will be located in the London area.
