Initial Training
You’ll kick-off the programme with up to ten weeks of practical based training led by industry experts and delivered in real time from our virtual training academy. The training focuses on the newest and most relevant industry methodologies to prepare you for a career pathway within data and analytics.

Employment
Upon successful completion of the training, you will have the opportunity to become employed by Peregrine in a placement of up to two years supporting one of our clients around the UK. You’ll have the opportunity to work on and make meaningful contributions to a range of exciting and diverse projects. After two years, you can transition to a career with Peregrine Specialist Talent, or you may be offered a role directly with your placement client.

Continuous professional development
As well as the ongoing support of Peregrine professionals whilst you work, your placement includes a development programme of core competencies. You will have access to learning resources and following completion of your core competencies you may have the opportunity to study towards certifications from professional bodies such as BCS and CompTIA.
