You’ll maintain strong client relationships, demonstrating excellent self-management, communication, and interpersonal skills while delivering high-quality installations and guidance to meet customer needs.You will attend various client sites, supporting multiple projects, carrying out installation and commissioning of air-conditioning units and commercial refrigeration systems. Due to the nature of this role working away will be necessary.What We OfferCompetitive salary and overtime/ working away allowance paid on topCompany van and fuel cardPension (up to 7% match) and life assurance (3x base salary)25 days paid annual leave plus bank holidaysHoliday purchase schemeEmployee assistance program and mental health supportDiscounts on Johnson Controls products and major brandsTraining and career development opportunitiesHow You Will Do ItWork as part of the VRF Installation Team, delivering projects on time and within budgetAdhere to company and legal requirements, including Risk Assessments and Method StatementsPrioritise Health & Safety compliance at all timesInstall HVAC equipment and pipework according to defined processes and timelinesSupport various projects, including working away when requiredWhat We Look ForEssential:Proven experience in full HVAC installation (pipework, bracketry, cabling)F-GAS 2079 Cat 1 qualificationExperience with major manufacturers (Daikin, Hitachi, Mitsubishi Electric, Airedale)Knowledge of DX, Split VRF/VRV systems, AHUs & ventilation plantExperience commissioning HVAC equipmentAbility to interpret technical documents (electrical schemes, piping diagrams)Full UK driving licenseIT skills (recording details in LD-Control platform via iPad)Self-motivated with a positive, team-oriented attitudePreferred but not essential:NVQ Level 2 in Refrigeration or Air ConditioningCSCS Skill Card, IPAF 3A & 3B, SSSTS, PASMA#LI-DC1#LI-Remote#RMDFL
