- £1 billion+ turnover business, with continued growth

- Digital team including insight & analytics (huge team), CRO, CRM, Brand/ Marketing and Ecommerce.

- Lead the brands strategic plan of their Performance Marketing channels and Multi-Million budget spend.
- Managing the skilled in-house team and supporting delivery agency, as well as direct management of their external partnerships,
- Ensure the team are up to date with the latest industry trends, delivering the most effective performance plan.
- Work alongside the wider digital and trading teams to ensure end to end customer experience and total audience reach.
The successful candidate must have:
- Experienced and capable Paid Media Specialist, operating at a senior level. Both strategic delivery as well as stakeholder management and influence.
- Ecommerce experience, agency or client side. Comfortable in the pace of retail, and working closely with trading teams and targets.
- Experience across all Paid Media channels in previous roles
- Confident in managing large budgets, and multiple brands/ strategies at any one time.
