We are seeking an experienced and motivated Beauty Laser Therapist Trainer to join our team in London. This role is perfect for a qualified beauty professional with expertise in laser treatments who is passionate about educating others and staying at the forefront of industry advancements.

The Beauty Laser Therapist Trainer will be responsible for providing high-quality training in laser treatments, ensuring that our therapists are fully equipped with the knowledge and skills required to deliver exceptional service to clients. You will also support continuous professional development by staying updated with the latest industry standards, technologies, and safety protocols.


Responsibilities:


Training Delivery: Provide in-depth theoretical and practical training on laser treatments to beauty therapists, ensuring all participants are proficient in using laser technology.

Curriculum Development: Design and update training materials and protocols based on the latest advancements in laser treatment technologies, safety standards, and best practices.

Mentorship: Offer ongoing support and mentorship to therapists, assessing their skills and providing feedback to help them improve.

Compliance & Safety: Ensure that all training is aligned with UK regulations, safety guidelines, and company standards, emphasizing the importance of client care and safety.

Equipment Management: Teach proper use, maintenance, and handling of laser equipment, ensuring it is safely operated and stored.

Client Service Excellence: Instill a client-first approach in all training sessions, highlighting the importance of delivering high-quality, personalized services.


Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Certified Laser Therapist: NVQ Level 4 in Laser and IPL or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience working as a laser therapist, with at least 1 year of experience in a training or supervisory role.
  • Knowledge of Treatments: In-depth knowledge of various laser treatments, including hair removal, skin rejuvenation, pigmentation, and vascular treatments.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in handling laser equipment, with an understanding of the latest treatment technologies and trends.
  • Passion for Training: A genuine interest in developing others, with the ability to inspire and motivate beauty therapists to excel.
