About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and driven Content Marketing Manager to join our team and take charge of our content marketing initiatives. This role is integral to shaping and executing our content strategy to drive customer engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation. Your work will be key in ensuring our content aligns with our broader digital marketing goals and business objectives. This is an on-site position at our London office, located near London Bridge.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Develop and Execute Content Strategy: Lead the creation and execution of a robust content marketing strategy that aligns with our business goals and enhances brand visibility.
- Manage Editorial Calendar: Oversee the editorial calendar to ensure the timely production of relevant, high-quality content across various channels.
- Create Engaging Content: Produce a diverse range of content, including blogs, case studies, white papers, and social media posts, tailored to our target audience and various stages of the buyer’s journey.
- Content Review and Optimisation: Edit and refine content produced by other team members and freelancers, ensuring it meets our standards for quality and consistency.
- Lead SEO Strategy: Implement SEO best practices using tools like SurferSEO, Ahrefs, or Moz to improve our search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
- Social Media Management: Develop and execute a social media strategy that boosts our online presence and fosters audience engagement.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, product, and customer success teams to craft content that supports sales enablement and customer retention.
- Incorporate AI Tools: Explore and integrate AI tools into the content management process, ensuring we remain at the forefront of content marketing innovation.
- Analyse and Report: Utilise tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console to track and analyse content performance, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience: A minimum of two years of experience in content marketing, ideally within the SaaS or B2B software sectors.
- Leadership Skills: A proactive individual who can take ownership of the content marketing function and drive it autonomously.
- SEO Proficiency: Strong understanding of SEO principles and hands-on experience with tools such as Ahrefs, Moz, or similar.
- Technical Savvy: Experience with WordPress, managing designers, and copywriting. Familiarity with marketing automation tools like HubSpot / Salesforce and task management platforms like Asana.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyse content performance and make data-driven decisions to optimise strategy and ROI.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
- SaaS Tools Enthusiast: A passion for using various SaaS tools to enhance work efficiency and gain insights.
