The role itself:


Our Nottingham office specialises in UK Government recruitment. As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish. This includes developing new business with target clients, building a digital presence through social media and LinkedIn, making phone calls, attending meetups, and sourcing top candidates. You'll build long-term relationships with both managers and candidates, ensuring a smooth and successful recruitment process, and establishing yourself as the "go-to" recruiter in your market.
