Job Title: Financial & Data Analyst (Technology Pricing Specialist)

Location: Onsite in Nottingham (brand new office)

Reports to: Head of Commercial & Sales

The Role

As a Financial & Data Analyst specialising in pricing, you’ll play a pivotal role in analysing

complex pricing components across hardware, licensing, consulting, software development, and

third-party services. This position offers a unique opportunity to expand into a broader business

intelligence role, creating reporting and visualisations that support future commercial

opportunities and bids. Working with data, AI, and visualisation tools like Microsoft Power BI and

PowerApps, you’ll develop skills in data-driven decision-making and actionable insights. You’ll

also collaborate with stakeholders across the UK, Germany, and Ireland to coordinate and align

pricing strategies and financial models across international markets, gaining valuable cross-

functional experience.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking an experienced Financial & Data Analyst with a strategic mindset and a passion

for pricing and data analysis. You’ll need to be skilled at building financial models, working with

complex data, and translating insights into impactful business decisions. Strong communication

skills are essential, as you’ll frequently liaise with international stakeholders and collaborate

across teams to drive value through data-driven insights.


Essential Skills

● Education: Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field (e.g., Business,

Information Technology, Transport) demonstrating critical thinking and analytical skills.

● Experience: Proven experience in financial analysis within large, multifaceted technology

transformation projects.

● Pricing Analysis: Strong expertise in managing complex pricing structures and

uncovering data-driven commercial insights.

● Data & Visualisation: High proficiency in data visualisation tools and advanced Microsoft

Excel skills for financial modelling. Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Power BI and

PowerApps is a plus, with opportunities to deepen these skills.

● Analytical & Detail-Oriented: Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a

proactive approach to problem-solving.

● Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills for effectively conveying financial insights,

supporting agile decision-making, and influencing strategic service development.
