As a Complaints Advisor, you will provide essential support to customers ensuring all queries are addressed promptly and proactively.


The Responsibilities include:


  • Successfully negotiate with customers who express dissatisfaction to resolve issues and de-escalate situations
  • Maintaining and updating all caseloads via their CRM system with regular updates of status.
  • Working alongside internal departments such as Sales Operations, Compliance and Legal to ensure all processes are followed correctly.
  • Liaise with customers and suppliers, developing relationships, providing guidance and advice and ensuring all the customer's needs are met and exceeded .


About You


Are you a motivated Complaints Advisor with experience of working in the Energy sector? If this sounds like you, we really want to hear from you. You will require to have the following skills:


  • 4 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast paced environment

Ability to act on own initiative and prioritise own workload as well as working in a team
