The Job
Due to the continued expansion of the group and a growing client base within Consumer markets globally, our client is now looking for a Research Assistant.
You will be working directly with Senior Consultants and Partners who are accountable for the delivery of international search projects.

You will work closely with a consultant who will develop your ability to identifying target businesses, to attract the right candidates by building your understanding of job titles and reporting relationships whilst at the same time you will be gaining an in-depth commercial and financial appreciation of multiple industries.
Job Breakdown
- Conduct extensive and detailed research into clients as well as the wider consumer and associated markets, across global geographies.
- Arrange candidate interviews whilst guiding senior individuals through the search process.
- Sourcing new candidates through networking, research, databases and core headhunting.
- Keeping up to date with the latest developments in the consumer market whilst identifying client opportunities
- Managing all associated administration, documentation and reporting
- Ongoing systems management as related to the search

Candidate Requirements
- Educated to degree level
- Research and analytically capable with the ability to work accurately and effectively in a dynamic, results driven business environment.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. There will be a need to communicate your research findings to the team whilst also engaging with senior candidates and clients.
- Capable administrator. This role is responsible for the upkeep of global diaries, reporting software and research systems. Training will be provided but basic administrative experience is important.
- High motivation, demonstrable ambition, natural people skills and a strong work ethic; this is not a 9-5 job or industry.
- A high achiever both academically and personally.
- Someone who sets high standards for self and others.
- An ability to work at pace.
