I am working with a leading company in the automotive manufacturing sector, who specialise in providing a tailored customer service experience globally. They have an extensive market presence, generating over £500 million revenue annually. The position is for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist, to design and develop multi-channel communications for the UK Business stream.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Design and develop dynamic content and campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools
  • Create new journeys using Journey Builder and sync data between Salesforce core clouds and marketing cloud.
  • Collaborate with wider departments to understand their marketing needs and provide tailored solutions.


Requirements:


  • Experience using Email Studio, Mobile Studio, and Journey Builder. (Interaction Studio is a bonus)
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation, data management, and customer segmentation.
  • Experience with SQL, AMPscript, and HTML/CSS for email template customisation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to stakeholders of all levels
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (e.g. Email Specialist, Consultant) are beneficial.
