Join our dynamic and rapidly growing team as a Recruitment Consultant specializing in Data Analytics at Harnham. We are a leading recruitment firm renowned for delivering exceptional talent solutions to clients in the ever-evolving field of data analytics.


As a Recruitment Consultant specializing in Data Analytics, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and placing top-tier talent across various data-centric roles. Your expertise will be crucial in building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding their unique staffing needs, and providing strategic recruitment solutions.


We’re growing the Contract team which has gone from strength to strength in the past 2 years, currently home to 3 of Harnham’s top billers


What will you be doing:

Client Engagement: Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients in the data analytics sector, understanding their business, culture, and specific talent requirements.

Consultative Approach: Act as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates, providing insights into market trends, salary benchmarks, and industry best practices.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with our internal operational teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of top-quality candidates to our clients.

Market Research: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to provide strategic input and maintain a competitive edge.


Who are we looking for:

- You don’t need to have recruitment experience, however, if you do we are looking for a strong track record of performance

- Experience in business development/SDR related roles would be an advantage

- Strong client management and business development skills.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Positive mindset and team player attitude – as much as recruitment is competitive, our culture is collaborative
