Job Description

  • Maintaining and improving account management by providing technical and commercial support to new and existing customers.
  • Interpreting customer requirements from technical drawings and communications to create accurate quotations.
  • Liaising with customers to secure orders and processed their orders efficiently.
  • Preparing internal work routers for manufacturing based on customer orders.
  • Coordinating with internal departments to meet customer requirements and provided troubleshooting and manufacturing support.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

  • Strong ability to read and understand technical drawings
  • Ability to discuss technical and aesthetic requirements and concepts with the designers and purchasing teams.
  • A relevant technical background, either through education (relevant degree or apprenticeship) or experience.
