The Role:

Our client, a renowned interior design studio recognised for their sophisticated and contemporary designs in the luxury residential sector, are looking for a commercially-minded Creative/Studio Lead to join their collaborative team in their Bath office.


This is an exciting and pivotal role within the studio and you will work closely with the directors whilst managing a small team to ensure projects are executed and delivered to the highest quality. Marrying the ownership of the entre design process; including FF&E oversight, whilst maintaining client relationships, this is a rewarding and all-encompassing role where you will be able to showcase both your design and management skills within a noteworthy and acclaimed design company. The ideal person will be collaborative by nature with a creative flair and will be excited by leading a small team to it’s successes.


Our client is looking for someone with experience across all stages of the design process, someone with a personable nature who has the ability to get the best out of a team and drive growth. You will be an important face of the business, and the ideal person will be confident in work winning and developing the team. Note; the candidate is either required to live in Bath or commutable to Bath four days per week. Travel will be required to projects and occasional meetings in the London office.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee multiple high-end residential projects simultaneously from initial concept to completion
  • Manage and mentor a small team whilst actively liaising with the wider team to ensure a collaborative and succinct approach
  • Manage project resources, defining requirement and deliverables to ensure projects are successfully and timely delivered
  • Lead client meetings, managing existing client relations whilst identifying new business opportunities and presenting pitches to potential clients
  • Provide regular project updates to the wider leadership team
  • Manage budgets and project financials

  • Experience delivering interior design projects from concept to completion

  • A confident communicator at all levels
