Key Responsibilities:
- Legal Recruitment: Source, screen, and interview candidates for various legal roles, from junior associates to senior partners.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with law firms and corporate legal departments, understanding their hiring needs and providing consultative advice.
- End-to-End Recruitment Process: Manage job postings, candidate assessments, and interview coordination to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.
- Offer Negotiation and Onboarding: Negotiate job offers and manage the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for candidates.
- Networking: Build a robust network of legal professionals through events, social media, and referrals.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Ideally, a law degree or relevant legal background.
- Strong understanding of the legal industry and its unique hiring needs.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.
- Results-driven, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in using recruitment software and other relevant tools.
