Our client makes it easy and simple for businesses to switch to move their data network, internet and voice services from other providers. They are one of the most recognisable names in the provision of telecommunications, sponsoring major television events like Big Brother and The X Factor.
Since their beginnings in 2003, their innovation has resulted in them becoming an award-winning company. With over 2000 employees committed to making customers their top priority, they've transformed the UK's telecoms landscape in such a short space of time.
They are now looking for a number of experienced Business Analysts, to start with the business from their Manchester offices ASAP This is a hybrid, contracted opportunity lasting around 12 months.
Duties:
- Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to understand complex processes and document this in a clear and concise manner.
- The Business Analyst will be responsible for supporting and running workshops, gathering requirements, process mapping, user stories and the documentation of these.
- Working with a range of stakeholders internally and across the business to define the requirements, processes, procedures, approvals, and pain points of existing processes.
- Support the running of workshops to discuss the services, processes and gather and document requirements.
- Produce project documentation for example Business Requirements documentation, flow diagrams, User Stories, etc.
- Identify improvements and overlaps to streamline the catalogue and user experience.
- Working with the internal teams to review solutions and to hand over requirement specifications.
Requirements:
- Must have at least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar
- Must have a BA qualification, BCS or similar
- Desirable: Industry experience within Telecoms, Media or Tech
- Analytical and logical with an excellent work ethic
The Package:
- A basic salary of between £50-60k pro-rata, based on eventual contract duration
- Fantastic, modern offices and a hybrid arrangement - usually 2 in, 3 out, although you will be free to determine what that looks like for you
