Job Description:


We are looking for a Global Mobility Specialist with a strong emphasis on immigration to join our client's People & Culture team, based in either Fife or Aberdeen. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting and managing all aspects of global mobility, including immigration, to ensure a seamless experience for international assignees. Reporting to the Regional Global Mobility Manager for Europe & Africa, you will work closely with various stakeholders and external vendors to facilitate the smooth relocation and integration of employees across multiple UK sites.


Responsibilities:


  • Oversee all global mobility processes, with a particular focus on immigration, for key UK locations.
  • Provide expert guidance on global mobility and immigration matters to HR Business Partners, field HR, line managers, and international assignees.
  • Collaborate with immigration vendors to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to deliver a high-quality expatriate experience, covering all aspects of international relocations, from visa acquisition to settling in the host location.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the global mobility function.


Requirements:


  • Extensive knowledge of global mobility practices, with a strong understanding of immigration laws and policies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases independently.
  • High attention to detail, ensuring compliance and accuracy in all mobility-related activities.
  • Candidates must be legally able to work and reside in the UK without the need for sponsorship.
