A rare opportunity for a Solicitor to join the Regulatory & Markets team which sits within the Commercial Disputes practice at one of Scotland's leading law firms. The role could be based in Edinburgh or Glasgow and also offers hybrid working.


The ideal candidate will either be a Trainee Solicitor who is due to qualify in 2024 or a recently qualified Solicitor with up to 2-3 years of PQE gained in energy regulation, competition law, subsidy control, public and administrative law, procurement and FDI.


The team advises on some of the most interesting, complex and varied regulatory issues in the UK using a combination of public law, competition law, regulatory and commercial expertise.
