Strategy Director

London- Hybrid (3 x a week)

£70-80K

early 2025 start


We’re seeking an experienced Strategy Director to lead innovative and data-driven strategies for our agency client who work with a mix of clients including in the B2B technology space. In this role, you’ll combine your understanding of complex technology solutions with your expertise in creative marketing to develop impactful campaigns that resonate with decision-makers. You’ll collaborate across departments to shape insights-driven approaches that position your clients as leaders in their markets.


Key Responsibilities


Strategic Leadership

  • Lead the development of marketing strategies for a mix of clients both B2C and B2B, translating their business goals and market challenges into measurable, creative solutions.
  • Drive insight development, conducting and synthesising research on market trends, audience behaviors, competitive landscapes, and industry innovations.
  • Define brand positioning, value propositions, and messaging frameworks that effectively communicate technical solutions in engaging, relatable ways.
  • Oversee the creation of thought leadership content that enhances client credibility and drives engagement with target audiences.


Client Engagement

  • Serve as the primary strategic advisor for clients, fostering trust and long-term partnerships by consistently delivering valuable insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Present strategies and campaign ideas to senior-level stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
  • Anticipate client needs and proactively recommend opportunities to evolve their strategies in response to market dynamics.


Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with the ECD and Head of Client Services, to ensure the seamless execution of strategies, maintaining alignment with client objectives.
  • Provide strategic oversight on campaign performance, offering data-driven optimisations to enhance ROI.
  • Mentor and coach junior strategists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence within the strategy team.


To be considered for this role you must have the right to work in the UK without the need for sponsorship. You'll have experience of agency and be able to work with your clients at senior level to guide and shape the appropriate strategic response.
