We are seeking an experienced Strategy Director who will work closely with the senior leadership to drive the development and execution of key strategies that align with the company’s vision and growth objectives. This individual will analyse market trends, competitive positioning, and business performance to create strategic initiatives that enhance the company’s market position and operational efficiency. The Strategy Director will be responsible for ensuring that strategic plans are actionable and measurable, and that they deliver value across the organization.


Strategic Planning & Analysis

  • Lead the development of long-term and short-term strategic plans that align with the company’s vision and goals.

  • Stay abreast of technological advancements, industry trends, and competitor movements to inform strategic decision-making.

Desired Experience & Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, corporate strategy, or management consulting, ideally within the tech industry.
  • Strong understanding of tech industry dynamics, including emerging technologies, market trends, and competitive strategies.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and turn insights into actionable strategies.

Education
