HW Interim Solutions are partnering with manufacturing business embarking on a transformative journey, looking to appoint an experienced Interim PMO for a 9-12 month assignment. The company is seeking to professionalise its operations and establish robust structures to support its growth and faces a pressing need for a centralised project management approach.


We are searching for an experienced Project Management professional, who brings a sharp understanding of what good looks like within a large organisations while demonstrating the hands-on flexibility required to thrive in a growing and evolving business. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing a robust project delivery framework tailored to the business, managing a portfolio of diverse projects to ensure timely and effective execution, and leading change deliverables across multiple business lines to align with strategic goals.


Your key skills and experience required include expertise in project management frameworks and portfolio delivery, a proven track record in global entity launches and integrations, deep experience with systems implementation, particularly ERP solutions like Business Central or Dynamics, and a strong focus on risk mitigation, benefit realisation, and project administration.
