We are on the lookout for a hands-on, IT Systems Manager to lead a technical team of engineers.


This position is best suited to an individual from a technical background in Infrastructure and systems looking to get stuck into a number of active projects from the get-go.


Communication skills are paramount as your ability to build relationships with your team, business stakeholders and manage complex solutions will be key to this role.

You will be responsible for:

  • Line management of the IT systems team supporting the entire business with ongoing projects, incident management and infrastructure improvements.
  • Managing daily demands and planned maintenance
  • Leading system upgrades, new implementations, and process improvements, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Leading IT projects from conception through to implementation and the ongoing support.
  • Supporting the implementation of new platforms and systems.
  • Administering and maintaining server infrastructure.
  • Keeping up-to-date with new technologies in order to best advise the business on any potential solutions and improvements that can be made for the systems.
