An exciting opportunity awaits for an Electrically Biased Maintenance Engineer to join a dynamic team within a fast-paced food manufacturing facility. This role requires an individual who excels in ensuring that all plant and equipment are maintained at peak efficiency and are repaired promptly when required.


Maintenance Engineer responsibilities.

  • Ensuring that the equipment and plant are maintained.
  • Diagnose and correct automation, electrical and mechanical issues to resolve breakdown situations.
  • Reacting to breakdowns quickly and efficiently.
  • PLC fault finding to input and output level.
  • Enhance the machine’s reliability through regular planned preventative maintenance.
  • Deliver turn-key improvement projects in a timely and cost-efficient manner.
  • Focus on safe working practices and site performance KPI’s including OEE and CCOs.


Maintenance Engineer qualifications:

  • BTECH/ONC qualification as a minimum in an Electrical discipline or Multi skilled Engineering qualification
  • Or time served apprentice
  • 3+ Years experience as a Maintenance Engineer (Preferred)


This position would suit; Maintenance Engineer, Maintenance Technician, Electrical Maintenance Engineer, Shift Engineer, Day Engineer, Multi Skilled Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, service Engineer or Packaging Engineer.
