Their expertise spans Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), restructuring, Purchase Price Allocations (PPAs), and more. Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Valuations Director. The ideal candidate will lead and expand the team's current valuation services, playing a critical role in shaping the future of the team. Key Responsibilities:


Leadership and Team Development:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a growing team of valuation professionals.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
  • Identify and recruit top talent to support the team’s growth objectives.

Client Engagement and Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, providing exceptional service and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
  • Engage in business development activities to attract new clients and expand the firm's market presence.

Valuation Services Delivery:

  • Oversee the delivery of high-quality valuation services for M&A, restructuring, PPAs, and other related engagements.
  • Ensure all valuation reports and analyses comply with relevant standards and best practices.
  • Provide expert advice and insights to clients on complex valuation issues.

Strategic Planning and Execution:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the valuation services offering.
  • Identify new market opportunities and service lines to drive business expansion.
  • Collaborate with other senior leaders to align the valuation team’s goals with the broader firm strategy.


Qualifications:


Education and Certification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., CFA, ACA, CPA) are highly desirable.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in valuation services, with a significant portion at a senior level.
  • Proven track record in M&A, restructuring, PPAs, and other valuation engagements.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and growing valuation teams.
