A leading Automotive Manufacturing company that specializes in producing high performance vehicles, is currently looking for a Manufacturing Process Engineer. The successful candidate will mainly focus on fixture design & implementing changes in procedures.


The Manufacturing Process Engineer will:

  • Design and develop equipment, jigs, fixtures, rigs, and custom automation solutions.
  • Implement change and refine processes to facilitate production scale-up.
  • Partner with stakeholders, from lead engineers to technicians, to ensure successful product delivery.
  • Specify, source, and commission equipment required for manufacturing and assembly processes.
  • Industrialise and automate prototype assembly processes for seamless integration into production lines.
  • Design and develop manufacturing lines for prototype-to-pilot and pilot-to-production transitions.
  • Enhance key manufacturing stages to improve efficiency and output quality.


The Manufacturing Process Engineer will have:

  • Minimum 2 years of industrial experience and a degree in a relevant engineering field.
  • Proficiency in 3D CAD software and PLM systems, particularly Siemens NX and Teamcenter.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
  • Experience with batteries is desirable but not mandatory.
  • First aid and health and safety knowledge are advantageous.
