The Role
The Brand Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of brand development, from crafting impactful campaigns to managing new product launches. This is a highly collaborative role, working across teams and channels to ensure a consistent brand narrative and maximise growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Development:
- Collaborate on annual brand planning with the Head of Brand, using market insights and customer data to inform strategy.
- Deliver 360° campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms and channels.
- Act as the brand guardian, ensuring all touchpoints align with brand values and visual identity.
- Manage the pricing strategy to maintain competitiveness across the product range.
- Conduct regular competitor audits to identify opportunities and emerging trends.
Campaign & Channel Management:
- Lead creative and channel briefing processes, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and to the highest standard.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to launch campaigns and new products effectively.
- Provide trade and e-commerce partners with the assets and insights needed to drive performance.
- Analyse campaign results and implement learnings to optimise future initiatives.
Product Development:
- Work with the NPD team to refine new product launches, incorporating insights from competitors and customers.
- Develop briefs for product innovation and contribute to product testing and development.
- Maintain ethical and environmental standards across the product portfolio.
- Ensure stock availability for key launches in collaboration with purchasing teams.

- Proven experience in brand management, ideally within beauty, personal care, or FMCG sectors.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
- A data-driven approach to strategy and decision-making.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, working effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- A strong understanding of the UK and European retail and e-commerce landscapes.
