Property Solicitor (Commercial and Residential)


Hours - 35 hour per week with options to consider part time and flexible working

Location - Hybrid working with 1 day per week at our HQ in Newton Mearns, Kirkhill House

Business Park set a beautifully green backdrop with ample free car parking.


Salary

Circa £35,000 (Dependant on experience)

MM Legal are looking to recruit an experienced Property Solicitor who will specialise in both

commercial and residential to join us on a permanent basis. If you are currently working as a

paralegal or have been working as a property solicitor then we would love to hear from you.


Role Purpose

To assist the commercial and residential property departments with the ongoing legal workload as well

as facilitate the growth of the firm through business development.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for managing your own mixed caseload of commercial and residential

transactions autonomously and as well as manage and grow client relationships.


What you will need


You will have:

· worked in property sector previously and know that this what you wish to specialise in.

· be experienced commercial and property transactions and looking for your next move in your career.

· Have an entrepreneurial perspective and interest in business growth
