Role


As a Lettings Administrator you will be responsible for ensuring all tenancies move in smoothly taking care of the process from the point of an offer having been tied by the negotiators and all initial offer paperwork is handed over to the administration move in team.


The Lettings Administrators handle the drawing up all contracts, guarantor agreements, standing orders and ensures all other aspects of each file has been concluded in a timely manner to ensure all legislative requirements are met and tenants are ready to move into their new homes well in advance of the actual move date.


  • Managing the administrative process once the Negotiator takes a holding deposit, until after the tenants move in the property.
  • Preparing tenancy agreements
  • Right to rent checks
  • Preparation of section 21
  • Data input
  • Prepare standard letters relating to tenancy
  • Timesheets
  • Liaising with tenants, landlords and contractors


Experience


The role would ideally suit someone with one to two years in the industry, with a broad knowledge of Lettings and relevant legislation relating to the necessary associated paperwork they will be required to process.
