About the Role:

As a Technical Sales Executive, you’ll play a key role in our close-knit team, helping clients across various industries find the right solutions from our top-tier range of dust, fume, and mist extraction products. This position, based in our Colchester office, combines office-based support with occasional visits to customer sites.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of our innovative product range.
  • Work closely with customers to recommend and sell solutions that meet their specific needs.
  • Prepare quotes for products, spare parts, and services.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Keep customer records up to date in our CRM system.
  • Provide expert technical advice to both new and existing clients.


What We’re Looking For:

  • A solid understanding of engineering or manufacturing processes.
  • Proven experience in sales and customer relationship management.
  • Highly self-motivated, with a strong drive to succeed.
  • A technical mindset with the ability to understand and explain complex concepts.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a high standard of English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • A valid driving license.
