Moxie People is seeking an experienced Asset Manager to lead a Property and Asset Team for a Local Authority based in Exeter. As the Asset Manager you’ll play a crucial role in delivering high-performance services, supporting policy development, and driving the continuous improvement of the Authorities housing property portfolio and associated assets.


The details:

  • Job title: Asset Manager
  • Day rate: £500-525 per day
  • Contract: 6+ months with the potential for extensions/ permanent employment if of interest
  • Hours: 37 per week


Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and management of the Housing Property and Asset Team, with a team of 6 direct reports.
  • Development and implementation of an integrated asset management strategy.
  • Efficient management of repairs, maintenance services, and compliance.
  • Effective planning and execution of programmed works and improvements.
  • Regular performance and KPI reporting to ensure transparency and accountability.
