They’re mostly employee owned. Which explains a lot. Including why you get the first few thousand pounds of your annual bonus tax free.


But in a rare example of an employee owned company actually working well, they’re stable, busy and recruiting, while lots of other practices are hanging around worrying about interest rates and elections.


It’s a wide salary bracket because they’re open to Intermediates or Seniors. The job is to run and manage significant packages on bigger jobs, reporting into an experienced project lead who is there to support you all of the way.


So you could be already doing this in a Senior Technologist type capacity or you could be a little bit aspirational; they’ll either help and support your growth, and make you comfortable in this job or if you’re already there, support you to be the main project lead on the next one.

What you’ll be doing


  • You’ll be supporting the project lead by taking different packages off their hands and taking them through stages 4 - 6 on technical delivery.
  • You could be called upon for technical input and design in stage 3 quite frequently too.
  • You’ll be modeling in Revit but also coordinating with contractors, consultants and the design team internal and external.


What you Need


  • Experience as an Architectural Technician / Technologist at least a couple of years right up to being a veteran.
  • Revit experience is an absolute must have.
  • Lots of prior experience with communicating and consulting with outside organisations like sub consultants.
  • Site experience in some capacity, if you’re closer to being that veteran.
