A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Family Paralegal to join a leading City firm.


You will work closely with one of the UK’s top Family lawyers, highly ranked in the Legal 500, who leads a team primarily representing high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) in both domestic and international cases involving significant assets. Their clients often include prominent figures, from CEOs and investment bankers to sports stars and entertainers.


What’s on Offer:

  • Able to work on HNW complex Family cases.
  • Closely working with the head of department.
  • Up to £32K per annum plus benefits.
  • The firm has previously supported successful paralegals through TCs within the team.
  • Hybrid working.


Your New Role:

  • Preparing and collating financial disclosure bundles for court and papers for counsel.
  • Taking an attendance note at client/counsel sessions and court hearings.
  • Due diligence and disclosure.
  • Creating client documents (e.g., Form E, asset schedule, Questionnaire, Form H) or sending emails/letters.


About You:

  • Strong academics including law degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous Private Family experience from a law firm preferably.
