Job Title: Midday Lunchtime Supervisor

Location: Syon Early Years, Isleworth

Salary: £7,694.02 per annum

Hours: 10 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 2 hours per day

Contract: Permanent, Term Time only

As part of our continued growth, we now have a fantastic opportunity for a Midday Lunchtime Supervisor to join our close-knit team at Syon Early Years, part of Options Autism.

Job duties

Under the reasonable direction of the Senior Leadership Team, carry out the duties of a Midday Lunch Supervisor as set out in the current school policies. Uphold the professional code of conduct. Support the school in accordance with the ethos, organisation and policies of the school as a fully committed member of staff as detailed in the specific duties and core standards below.

Main Tasks

  • To take responsibility for the standard of cleanliness and hygiene of premises and equipment
  • To positively encourage good behaviour and table manners and hygiene.
  • To assist with the washing of cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery
  • To be responsible for ensuring the safety, welfare and good conduct of pupils whilst in the dining room.
  • To follow the school’s absence policy in the case of absence due to illness.
  • To ensure that the catering service runs efficiently.

Syon Early Years is an early years setting in Isleworth, London built using our expertise in special education needs. We have recognised a need for this type of support for pupils and families, whose needs may not be met in mainstream settings.

We offer care for pupils with a diagnosis, or emerging traits, of ASC or ADHD and pupils with sensory communication or social needs. Some of the benefits include:
