Asset Manager – Central London Offices


I am pleased to be supporting a prestigious and hugely well thought of Property Company, in their search for an Asset Manager focusing on London offices.


The role will involve:


  • Maximising value across a diverse range of central London office assets, including participating in other sectors within the portfolio also
  • Producing outstanding service to tenants throughout the portfolio, being mindful of the customer experience whilst also working strategically to improve value
  • To contribute to the formulation of long and short term strategies of the portfolio, presenting clearly to the investment committee on performance levels achieved
  • To produce detailed analysis of the performance of the office portfolio, working to identify the key performance drivers
  • To collaborate actively with internal teams and external advisors
  • To be responsible for transactions across the portfolio, including rent reviews and lease renewals – ensuring that negotiations are initiated and undertaken in a timely and professional manner.
  • To provide investment advice in respect of relevant assets within the team’s area of responsibility.
  • To ensure all tenant queries are responded to in an efficient and professional manner, ensuring acknowledgement of such queries within at least 24 hours.


The Skills we Require:


  • MRICS would be a preference
  • Strong understanding of the London office market
  • Strong understanding of the flexi office market is also hugely useful
  • Proven Asset Management Expertise
