Logistics Shift Supervisor

This role is based within our Logistics facility in Runcorn and has the following main responsibilities:


● Participate in daily review meetings, able to contribute to drive performance.

● Provide support and guidance to the team on the PM shift.

● Ensure that our PM logistics team is highly reliable, responsive and agile, and one that puts safety, quality and delivery first.

● Set exacting floor standards by demonstrating what ‘good’ looks like.

● Monitor, understand and report key performance indicators (KPIs).

● Managing and delivering the cost per unit planned for the shift through effective staff management.


The successful candidate needs to be a true ‘people’ person with a passion and resilience to deliver results.



● Management of the Logistics facility working Sunday 10am to 6pm followed by Monday-Thursday 2pm to 10pm. Occasionally need to cover early shifts 6am to 2pm.

● Aid the Senior Logistics Managers to develop a solid staffing plan and improve quality of staffing on shift.

● Be able to lead a strong Logistics team when needed with the ability to support and guide the team to achieve their best performance.

● Logistics KPI reporting and handover to key stakeholders daily.

● Proven experience and an impressive track record of managing medium size teams
