Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive paid media strategy that aligns with overall marketing and business goals.
- Plan and manage paid media campaigns across multiple channels including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, Instagram, and display networks.
- Identify target audiences and create detailed audience segmentation strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Campaign Management:
- Oversee the creation, execution, and optimization of all paid media campaigns.
- Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies to continuously improve performance.
- Monitor daily campaign performance, adjusting strategies and tactics as needed to ensure optimal results.
- Budget Management:
- Manage and allocate the paid media budget effectively to maximize ROI.
- Track and report on budget spend and campaign financial performance.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) to track, measure, and report on campaign performance.
- Prepare detailed reports on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

- Collaboration and Communication:
