Derry, United Kingdom Hays Full time
Senior Project Quantity Surveyor (Derry/Londonderry)

Your new company
Hays are delighted to present you with an exciting opportunity to secure a permanent position as a Senior Project Quantity Surveyor with one of Northern Ireland's leading house builders. Your new company is based in Derry/Londonderry and has over 50 years of experience in producing residential housing developments. Our client has secured a strong pipeline of work until 2030 and now requires a Senior Project Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team.
Your new role
You will be responsible for providing Quantity Surveyor functions including preparing, compiling and sending out tender information and chasing up competitive quotes as well as commercial reporting and cash flow management on allocation projects. You will work within an integral part of the business, reporting directly to the Commercial Manager and Contracts Manager working closely with the Operational Team, ensuring projects are delivered on programme and within budget. Correspondence on a daily basis with site manager, subcontractors, suppliers, statutory authorities and members of the design team will be required to ensure correct and up-to-date information has been issued to the site manager and relevant subcontractors.
What you'll need to succeed
