Client Support Team Manager

Our client is looking for a Team Manager to help manage a team of 4-8 FTE.
To provide clear and effective supervision and leadership to the Client and Adviser Support team, to ensure Financial Planners are fully supported with new business submissions and back-office administration and support is processed / delivered promptly and accurately.
Responsible for supervising team motivation, work allocation, performance and recruitment, providing on-going training and personal development.
Undertake any additional delegated & deputised management duties as required including attendance at meetings, participation in interviews and participation in companywide projects.
This role will suit someone who has experience within Pensions, Protection Insurance or Investments experience.
Minimum of Cert CII FS qualification or equivalent.
