Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an experienced Contracts Manager at GD Chalmers Ltd located in Paisley. The Contracts Manager will be responsible for managing million pound projects, including effective planning and fast problem-solving. The role involves working closely with clients, defining job requirements, clarifying expectations, and ensuring successful project delivery. The Contracts Manager will also serve as the Principal Contractor, overseeing rewiring works and general refurbishment projects, including working within the occupied premises and adhering to program requirements and budget constraints.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in managing million pound projects
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Experience in electrical rewiring and refurbishment projects
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations
