Sales Consultant - Westfield White City - £13.65 - Part Time Hours, (10,12+16) - Furniture retailer
Are you a motivated and customer-focused leader with a passion for delivering exceptional service and driving sales? Our client is a globally renowned brand known for its premium quality and innovation, is seeking an enthusiastic Retail Sales Consultant in Westfield White City This is a key leadership role where you'll partner with the Store Manager to drive store performance, lead a dynamic team, and ensure customers enjoy a top-tier experience every time they visit.
As a Sales Consultant you'll be a role model and a brand ambassador, inspiring your team to meet and exceed targets. You'll play a pivotal role in creating an outstanding customer journey and fostering a positive, results-driven store culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be a brand ambassador and help achieve the store sales and conversion targets
- Ensure each customer receives an incredible customer journey through outstanding customer service and living the brand values
- Offer exceptional 1-2-1 customer service and ensure the customer comes first
- Knowledgeable about the benefits and uses of each product and continuously develop your product knowledge and understanding of the business
- Knowledge and awareness of all promotions and advertisements
- Support Store Management team in achieving individual and store sales targets
- Execute the daily operational goals and priorities assigned by store management
- Being able to deal with customer concerns in a patient and helpful manner and communicating the concerns with Store Management
- Maintain product merchandising, monitor shop floor inventory and replenish new products when needed
- Assist and process deliveries and organisation of stock room, ensuring team work
- Operate cash registers, take and record orders through a computerised system in person or over the phone and close daily revenue
- Being responsive and communicate of all Health & Safety issues
- Participating in team meetings by bringing fresh ideas, that are realistic and achievable
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Proven track record in team development, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong commercial awareness with the drive to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a natural ability to lead by example.
- A proactive, "can-do" attitude, with the ability to solve problems and preempt challenges.
- Highly organised, able to prioritise and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and confident with a strong sense of professionalism.
- Willingness to work flexible hours to meet the business needs.
- Smart, presentable appearance with a passion for maintaining high standards.
