Lignum are actively working alongside one of the fastest growing roofing contractors in the North West who are undergoing an exciting period of expansion, looking to grow from £11m - £18m by April 2025.


As a priority we are looking to bring in an experienced contracts manager with solid experience in delivering commercial and flat roofing projects from preconstruction handover to practical completion.

Qualifications

  • Strong project management skills, with experience in managing flat roofing projects for at least 3 years
  • Knowledge of flat roofing systems and construction methodologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in using Microsoft office including excel is essential.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and be able to implement IPT & QA procedures
  • Strong H&S knowledge and experience in writing project specific RAMS
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A clean valid driver's license.
  • SMSTS in date
