I'm looking to talk with strong engineers looking to move up into a supervisor or team leader role, or someone looking to move to a top business. You should have excellent leadership skills, have experience leading an engineering team and show examples of this. You should have strong engineering background mechanically, with electrical understanding (fault finding, rewiring, plc understanding)
You would need to be NVQ or equivalent qualified and show a strong example of your engineering background. Experience within a manufacturing environment, and have a positive attitude towards helping coach and mentor apprentices and multiskilled engineers.
You will report into the Engineering Manager, who will be assisting and helping you along the way to ensure the smooth continuous running of the site.
