Marketing Executive - Market & Social Research Brand - London
Location – London
Hybrid working – c2-3 days per week in the office
We have an amazing opportunity to join this growing and exciting social & market research specialist in London, as a Marketing Executive.
As part of the marketing team, you’ll help grow the company brand, drive sales and support their talent acquisition and people retention campaigns.
You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong attention to detail. You will also have experience of various marketing activities, including copywriting and content creation, across various different channels.
Main Skills
- 1-2 years+ B2B marketing experience
- Experience across email marketing, social media, content creation and copywriting, and press/PR
- Experience in CMS – website editing and monitoring website, ensuring content is up-to-date and regularly refreshed
- Content creation experience across multiple formats – writing copy, design skills (Canva), simple video creation and editing, creating newsletters
- Excellent communication skills and is able to build relationships and work collaboratively with other departments.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to juggle competing tasks.
Main Responsibilities
- Monitor the website, liaising with stakeholders to ensure content is regularly refreshed and up to date
- Support the Comms Lead with content creation, such as drafting external and internal newsletters, blogs and social media posts
- Basic design work, including using Canva to create social media tiles and email header images
- Monitor IFF press, keeping an up-to-date record of coverage
- Monitor review platforms and respond to reviews with the support of the Comms Lead
- Maintain a relevant and engaging image gallery, including stock photos and icons
- Support in-person or virtual events, with admin and logistical support
- Management of the CRM database, including data uploads, downloads, and data cleansing
- Manage the marketing inbox, responding to clients, research respondents and job seekers
- Support committees with company-wide communications
