Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice on private client matters, including Wills, Powers of Attorney, Trusts, and Executries.
  • Assist clients with estate planning, inheritance tax guidance, and asset protection strategies.
  • Oversee the administration of estates, including probate, executries, and liaising with relevant authorities.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships through a client-focused and empathetic approach.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to deliver seamless and comprehensive legal services.
  • Stay informed on legislative changes and developments in private client law to ensure accurate and up-to-date advice.


Key Skills and Qualifications

  • 3-8 years PQE in private client law.
  • Proven expertise in Wills, Powers of Attorney, Trusts, and estate administration.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate and discreet approach to sensitive matters.
  • Ability to manage a varied caseload independently while meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A proactive mindset and dedication to continuous professional development.
