Are you ready to steer the technology function of a rewarding medical products manufacturing company? Our client is on the lookout for a proactive IT Manager to join their growing team As the IT Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation and strategic development of the company's technology and communications systems.


KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


Your duties as the Information Technology Manager will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

1. Oversee the daily operations of the IT department, ensuring a stable infrastructure to meet the company's strategic IT goals.

2. Collaborate with the Head of IT to craft and implement the IT strategy and budget, tailoring IT initiatives to meet both current and future business needs.

3. Lead and nurture the IT team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing, while managing performance and resource allocation.

4. Engage with stakeholders to understand their requirements, delivering robust IT solutions that propel the company forward.


ROLE REQUIREMENTS:


To be successful in your application to this engaging role as the IT Manager, we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

1. Extensive experience in team management, IT strategy, project management, supplier management, and budget management.

2. A solid grasp of IT infrastructure, software/system development, and technology implementation projects.

3. Proficiency in a diverse array of software systems, including operating systems, productivity suites, collaboration tools, and business applications.

4. Demonstrated ability in stakeholder engagement and driving user adoption of new technologies.
