We are working with a prestigious, multinational law firm, seeking a Compliance Assistant to join them in Manchester. This position is perfect for someone who has worked in a similar role within a law firm and is now looking for their next opportunity.


Within this role, you will handle intake requests and assist with new client matters, amongst other responsibilities. A candidate familiar with database management (such as generating or searching for reports) would be highly desirable for this role.


Some responsibilities:

  • Assist in the research and input of identifying data for new and existing clients
  • Process documents (eg closure letters) for the management database
  • Ensure intake information complies with firm standards
  • Manage the entry of business development credits into conflicts and financial databases
  • Ensure accurate data entry into conflicts and financial databases


The ideal candidate is a meticulous and collaborative worker with strong interpersonal skills, a keen eye for detail and an enthusiastic approach to prioritising complex tasks.
