You will take the initiative and dive into the software solutions, including all layered applications, embracing a hands-on approach to drive success.

Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead lead generation and marketing initiatives within your market territory, collaborating with our sales-focused Marketing Department.
  • Conduct consultative sales, leading the business discovery process and presenting solutions.
  • Showcase product capabilities through initial demonstrations.
  • Qualify opportunities rigorously throughout the sales process.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts over time.
  • Maintain and manage the CRM system efficiently.
  • Attend and present at monthly sales meetings as required.


Essential Requirements:

  • Proven track record of achieving new business targets.
  • Proficiency in qualifying and assessing opportunities throughout the sales cycle, supported by methodology and management.
  • Self-starter.
  • Ability to deliver structured presentations up to board level.
  • Comfortable working in a team.
  • Commercially savvy.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Valid driving license and passport required due to travel involved.


Desirable:

  • Strong B2B New Business sales experience, ideally in ERP software.
  • Previous experience in the distribution market.
