Procurement and Contracts Officer


As Procurement and Contracts Officer, you'll be instrumental in revolutionising urban transport across the region.


With the expansion of the metro network, this is an exciting time to join a team that’s not just keeping the region moving but propelling it forward. You’ll lead procurement activities, ensuring that the contracts are in place to support a reliable, safe, and eco-friendly operation. What You’ll Do:

  • Lead procurement processes for the metro service
  • Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure we’re always ahead of the curve, maintaining high standards.
  • Manage and monitor contracts, ensuring partners deliver on their promises within budget.
  • Ensure alignment with best practices and industry standards, driving continuous improvement in our procurement activities.
  • Support the procurement of high-value materials and services that keep the metro network running smoothly.


What you bring to the role:

  • You bring experience in procurement and have a keen eye for selecting the right suppliers
  • You hold, or are working towards a CIPS qualification (or equivalent)
  • You thrive in an environment where you can take the initiative
