As our agency grows, we are looking for a dynamic Operations Assistant to support our Chief Operating Officer (COO). This is a pivotal role where you’ll help us run efficiently and push boundaries in delivering exceptional results.
Role Purpose
- Supporting the COO to drive operational excellence and business performance ensuring the organisation is efficient and operating at full potential
- Implementing strategies and processes that will maximize productivity across the company's employees and business functions
- Assisting with capability development of people, process, technology and culture, with a key focus on driving innovation.
- Data management and analysis, supporting the leadership team with provision of decision analytics to evolve the business proposition, business opportunities and their path to success.
Your responsibilities will include assisting the COO with:
- The day-to-day running of the agency operations, covering finance, legal, HR, IT, real estate, procurement, regulatory and ESG requirements
- Maintaining and developing business plans, budgets, schedules, data and measures relating to operations, capacity, performance, transformation and investment
- Evolving and remediating business / IT processes ensuring they are fit-for-purpose and followed.
- Administration of vendors, suppliers, platforms and materials; including evaluation, contract management and performance.
- Finance processes including reconciliations and bookkeeping
- Collaborating with the team to meet the growth agenda, and reporting at the Management Meeting
- Business management, support in project planning, ensuring timely delivery of initiatives across creative, strategy, production, account management, business development and partnerships
- Client targeting and digital marketing
What We’re Looking For:
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a keen interest in working within a social purpose agency.
- A strong organiser and team collaborator with good communication skills, attention to detail, able to juggle multiple priorities.
- At least 2 years solid work experience. A background in a creative agency, production-house, consultancy or professional services would be advantageous but not essential
- Numerate with strong IT skills, an understanding of how to leverage technology and data with a drive to innovate. AI skills an advantage
- Structured approach to problem solving and the usage of data
- Exposure to financial planning, budgeting, reporting processes and tools, organisation and operating model design, an advantage.

Starting salary from £31k+ per annum, depending on experience
